Simple projects for Microsoft Excel is an activity book which was created to accommodate teachers who would like to utilize the Microsoft Excel spreadsheet application with their middle school curriculum. No knowledge of Microsoft Excel is required to teach the activities contained in this book. Each lab provides you with the overall purpose of the lesson, learning objectives, materials required, and detailed step by step procedures on how to successfully implement the lesson, along with informative pictures that show you exactly what to do. Although each lesson contains specific subject matter, all labs in this book can be easily adapted to fit your specific lesson plans by easily using your own data. The labs are designed to illustrate the many ways that Excel can be used in your classroom to reinforce your specific topic of study, and may provide you with a variety of ways to incorporate computers into your curriculum.
